What industries do you specialize in?
We are industry agnostic. Our secret sauce is having a team with unique backgrounds that are deployed based on the client’s needs and industry they are in.
How many people can you work with at a given time?
We have some speaking engagements that have 500 people in attendance, and some coaching programs where we work with an individual. A common amount we see with our engagements range from 5-30 people.
If I’m interested in fractional BD support, how does your process work?
We first conduct a full assessment where we review your strategies, processes, and personnel. We’ll interview various members of your team as well as your clients and other key people. We provide a report with our recommendations, and then help you implement and changes over a set period of time.
How does your pricing work?
Though each engagement is different, we view our fee as an investment and is intended to help you grow your business. Some engagements are a one time fee, while others are ongoing with monthly retainers. Over an initial conversation we’ll be able to assess your needs and determine what a program might look like and cost you.
How long are your contracts?
An average ongoing engagement is 6 months to a year. However we have clients who have hired us for an hour program, up to a half, full, or 2-day retreat.
What’s the most important part of your engagements?
To us the most important part is establishing a strong foundation of relationships with the people we are working with. We are in the people business and before we can drive new behaviors from anyone, we have to get to know them.
