Lieutenant Commander (SEAL) Jonathan Cleck (Ret) has spent a varied career that included a 26-year career in the Navy SEAL Teams, along with leadership roles in the FBI and Air Marshal Service, numerous start-ups, a growing management consulting firm, and a stint teaching college. Parttime stand-up comedian and full-time CEO of tech start-up, Clexi, Jonathan leverages his leadership experience in dynamic and high-stress environments to help organizations across the globe with their leadership and human performance challenges. Combining his doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership & Innovation with his professional experiences, Jonathan leads organizations in understanding how high performing team cultures operate and helps them establishing honest, meaningful dialogue to get to the heart of their problems…and then move past those problems to achieve unparalleled productivity and alignment to the mission.
